The sea is a place of great drama and moods. Seascape photography is about sea or the ocean and includes other elements such as the beach, the coastal features, the cliffs, the rock pools and marine creatures. The success or failure of a seascape image is often a split second away. The water keeps moving all the time, every wave is different and unique, every splash has another shape and every second, there is an entirely different picture. A long exposure gives a soft gentle feeling, while a fast exposure shows the power of the ocean.
